But with a lot of pressure you can pass it on to the appropriate office. I would like to have selected the GIVE ME TEN vouchers for a dish of my choice from the current menu, but unfortunately that is not possible. You can only choose one pizza and nothing else. This is a shame, especially because other providers have no problems at all. So think about whether you adapt to the market and become very flexible or lose customers to the competition.

Pizza and burger so far top, unfortunately also made the mistake and ordered pasta, never again, good taste, but not very good, sizes / quantities technically absolute failure, almost € 10.50 (with extra cheese which is charged here with € 2 was (in my eyes rip off)) and then not even a portion where the healthy appetite is satisfied, but nothing more, at this price you should expect a huge portion, a burger for € 8.50 (basic price) is more and filling more. So unfortunately only 3 stars!

Absolute cheek, the driver cheated our son for 10 € change. When I called there I was told to call the driver. This came back within 10 minutes. when I wanted to confront him he gave me the missing 10 € without hesitation. I wanted to know his name to place an ad. I did not get this because the driver left the stairwell in a hurry with the words "what is there to display". I called Freddy Fresh in Kamenz again and wanted to know the name of the driver or the boss. This also calls back quickly. I described the actions of his staff quite angrily. Then I got the answer that the driver probably didn't have enough change with him. I said that when I asked him about it, the driver simply gave me the € 10 in my hand without taking a position on my question of how he could cheat a 10-year-old child by € 10. I got the answer that the driver didn't have enough change with him. That is of course the reason why the driver just keeps driving and puts € 10 in his pocket. Since I did not find out the name of the driver from his boss, I will consider submitting a report to the police until tomorrow because of attempted fraud. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars !!!

The online pre-order as well as the delivery went well, was on time. With one pizza the beef was definitely bad and in another the beef was missing completely, instead a long red hair was incorporated 🤮 The photos in the brochure do not correspond to reality, little topping and prices overpriced. We will no longer order.

My family and I are always satisfied. The pizzas are absolutely delicious and every wish is catered for. The drivers are always very nice, in the event of delays that have only occurred once, they worked with absolute goodwill. Very professional. Many thanks for everything.
